Having worked very hard on our own personal roadshow, I was also disappointed when we didnt take first place, but I felt that I was a real winner because of the great job my kids did. The judges who did judge the roadshow were nice enough to come on the spur of the moment, and I think they did a really good job. The judging sheets were changed at a meeting in January attended by all roadshow specialists and youth leaders in each ward. We all agreed on what judging criteria the judges would use. I think the only injustice is to the outstanding youth in our stake. I think we as leaders set a pretty poor example when the only important thing is to win. I think we all lose, then.
