Show done Mona board hires . Provo law firm At the Mona meeting of the Mona Town Board, Mayor Everd Squire informed board members that the Provo law firm of Jeffs and Jeffs has agreed to represent the town of Mona in a law suit naming Mona as a defendant. The suit, initiated by Four-Plumbing and Builders Supply Co., seeks to recoup $15,000 for a water line installed at Third south and Third East. It names the Town of Mona, Phil Stilson, and Mr. and Mrs. Woodford Wilkerson as codefendants. No trail date has been set at this time, but hopeful that a pre-tra- il hearing might exclude Mona from further legal involvement.
