At its peak, it is a breathtaking display of color, variety and beauty. Originally established as a tribute as a war memorial, it can also be called a tribute to Nephi. Due, in part, to the hard work of the faithful caretaker, and to the conscientious attention given by the local Womens Clubs, the Rose Garden reappears each Summer to challenge the visitor to choose the most beautiful flower. A nice community appears well kept, clean and seems to beckon the traveler to stop and enjoy what it has to offer. Underneath the facade, a community is judged by its people and their attitude, it can be the most important factor in making the difference between a good or a lacking community.
