Engagement Is Annouced Club Members Hear of Tour To Holy Land Areas Members and guests of the Ladies Literary Club enjoyed an especially stimulating and informative meeting on November 4 at the home of Mrs. T. H. Burton. Collect was read by Mrs. James H .Eagar. Mrs. George V. Jones, president, welcomed the members and guests and presented Mrs. Ray Anderson as a new member of the club. She then Introduced Dr. and Mrs. Alma P. Burton of Orem who presented a travelogue of their visit to the Holy Land. Dr. and Mrs. Burton presented pictures and descriptions of the places they had visited, and told of their religious significance. Of special interest were the pictures and descriptions of the tomb and the temple of King RODNEY JOHN LUDLOW one year old Oct 18. Parents are of Ramses II. They told of seeing the John and Gayle Ludlow. Grand pyramids of Giza, the Sphinix, and the Egyption parents are Mr. and Mrs. Jack tHousands-of-years-ol- d Ludlow, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Dr.and Mrs. Burton stated that they Wilkey, all of NephL sympathized with the poverty of the countries they visited, and with the unkept children.
