Shortly after November 1, the Census Bureau will open phase two by mailing out census questionaires to all rural box holders in the county. The farm operators will then have a period of time to consult their records (or best estimates for the year) and answer the questions on the forms. In the final stage, enumerators will visit each farm in the county to collect the questionaires. At the time of this visit, the enumerators will help farmers complete answers to questions the farmer may not have been able to answer. Enumerator visits, which will take about three weeks to complete, will start in Utah on November 9. I G.
