Add flour and blend. Gradually add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Combine white sauce, onion, celery, eggs, pimentos, tuna, horseradish, salt and Vi cup bread crumbs. Mix well and shape into 6 croquettes. Chill. Dip In beaten egg and in bread crumbs until Fry in hot deep fat (375 degrees F.) about 1 minute, or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Heat peas to serving temperature; drain. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange croquettes and peas on heated platter.
