David and LaRae Fullmer are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter Franki to Ian Burtenshaw son of Kim and Cyndi Burtenshaw, both of Monticello, Utah. Both the bride and groom are graduates of Monticello High School, however they didnt meet until this past fall. Rico and nieces Christina, Andrea and Amanda. Jose was sixth grade at Willow Valley Middle School in Wellsville, Utah. Ian served a LDS mission in South Carolina, Columbia, is currently attending Utah State University with a pre med major. He works for Central Valley Machine in Logan. Franki is the granddaughter of the late Frank and Eloise Fullmer of Monticello, and Louise and the late Ray Sherrill of Green River, Utah. Ian is the grandson of Devon and Annalee Burtenshaw of Monticello and Barbara and Bud Corbin, and the late Daniel Shoemaker, also of Monticello. The couple will make their home in North Logan, Utah until Ian finishes studying there. They would like to thank family and friends who have shared their love and support with them at this exciting time.
