Thank you. Dear Editor: No championship is com plete without thanking those who supported and helped the effort. The coaching staff and Monticello High School girls cross-countr- y team publicly expresses gratitude to a number of people for their support First, we are grateful to parents who support and motivate us. Love, time, and money are exhausted following us from meet to meet. To our parents, we say, Thank you. Also, we thank the school -- terials from Monticello and Page 2 lined below. We feel the independent facilitator should carefully review all aspects of both alternatives including the respective economic, safety, and quality of life issues surrounding each alternative. If tailings are disposed at the White Mesa Mill, we prefer to see existing roads used to haul the tailings. If a highway is constructed, we want that road to follow what would be approximately 500 East in Blanding. At the conclusion of this haul we expect by-pa- ss access from Highway 191 to this new road to be elimi- nated. Due to the impact such a haul would have on Blanding, we feel the City is entitled to compensation of eight percent of the total project cost. If the tailings are dis- posed of in Monticello, we feel tourism and commuadministration and nity development will be for their support. adversely impacted in Many businesses donated Blanding and feel the city is entitled to six percent of to our uniform fund-raiscampaign.
