We decided it is what we feel inside rather than what we look like that decides if we are aged or not, A person can be 80 years young and be more cheerful and hopeful than a person who is 40 years old. We can all learn whether we are 20 or 80, It is only when we stop learning that we get old. If we areprivileged to get old we cannot stop the process but we can resist being aged. We can all continue to learn, show interest in others and involve ourselves in what is going on around us. If we do this we will be young inside, Austin Lyman led the discussion.
