We are glad to report that daughter, Debbie. Speaking of Barbara Reeves ! Have you seen the dark eye shadow she has been wearing Mrs. Ivalou Sperry Redd, ks Los Mitotes from Dragerton Rock & Spanish Music one-wom- an La-ho- ma, lately. It started out black, then purple, then yellow. Last Tuesday night Barbara and Rita drove over to Aneth to join the practice session of the ladies basketball team. Everything was going pretty good (considering that they were playing boys' rules) until Rita threw the ball to Barbara and everyone hollered "get the ball". Well, I guess Barbara thought we said "get the wall". That is what she got anyway. Poor Barbara when she looked up, the wall was too close to stop. We took her to the hospital in Cortez and the results are as follows: bruises, slight concus sion, and broken nose with the bones splintered on the right side of her nose. (We weren't laughing that night. ) Barbara said it, herself, "Well, really, basketball isn't a dangerous game. " Anyone for volleyball? The new addition to the Navajo Drive In really looks nice and seems to be the center of attention lately. Mrs. Patty Gillespie spent weekend before last in the hospital in Monticello and we are glad to report that she is feeling much better now.
