We were saddened to hear of the accident of our friend, Ralph Wilderson, who has been employed in the mines near Monticello, where they make their home. Ralph has been hospitalized for over 4 weeks in the I, W. Allen Memorial Hospital in Moab. Mr. and Mrs. Wilderson lived here for a few years shortly after their marriage. They have four children. Mrs. Wilderson is the former Melba Palmer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ken Palmer. The friends of Mr. Wilderson will want to send him get -- well messages at the hospital in Moab. John May, who had been in poor health for some time, passed away in a Provo hospital Saturday morning. He had lived in Blanding all his life, and was the oldest son of Joyce Lehi May and the late James May. He is survived by his wife, Una Hight May, an infant son and a daughter, his mother and one sister, Lucy, and four brothers, Alfred, Donald, Frank and Edward May. Funeral services were held here in the San Juan Mortuary, under the direction of Jay Lee. Burial was in the city cemetery.
