The annual Golden Eagle Passport selk for $10, an increase from the $7 charged a year ago. This passport is valid through December 31, 1971. Anyone not wishing to pay the annual fee may buy a daily entrance permit of $1 at a particular site to be used. The passport or the daily permit is the only charge made this year at recreation sites operated by the Forest Sendee in the Intermountain Region. No entrance fee is required at Canyonlands National Park or Natural Bridges Monument. At Needles Monument a camping fee of $1 per site is required. A similar $2 night -by camping fee is charged at Arches National Monument, in addition to the $1 daily entrance permit or annual passport. A few boat ramps in the Intermountain Region are operated by concessionaires under special permits, and the Golden Eagle Passport or the daily entrance fee do not apply for use of facil- ities at these sites.
