Mr. Dutchie was bom in Towaoc, Colo., on July 22, 1941 the son of Arthur and Alice Lang Dutchie. He had 'lived in the Blanding area all his life having come there at the age of two with his parents. At the time of his death he was working in the area and lived on White Mesa.
