Show from Out East Happenings By Maxine Johnson Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Crowley and family spent the school spring vacation in Phoenix visiting their son, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Crowley. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Codner were in Cortez Saturday on business and pleasure. Clayton Johnson was a patient in the San Juan hospital last week from Tuesday until News of the Queen City of the Golden Circle Dove Creek. By Grace Cleary and Mrs. Reed Hunt and three children drove to Grand Junction Saturday for a day of shopping. They spent the rest of the weekend until late Monday in Green River where they visited Reeds folks. Sunday afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Robert Beasey visited the Harold Frizells and the Jim Barry family at Eastland. The Sunday evening at the San Juan Community church was enjoyed by all. An especially enjoyable part was listening to an organ-pian- o duet with Mrs. Ernest Harral and George Gittins at the keyboards. Walt Swain from Salt Lake City spent the weekend visit- Fireside was held Sunday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Murray in Dove Creek, under the direction of the Branch Presidency.
