Stowe announce a new son born Feb. 24 at South West Memorial hospital. They now have a family of three boys and one girl. Mrs. Howard Crittenden returned home Monday after 10 days in the San Juan hospital. She was treated for pneumonia. Mr. and Mrs. Rex Johnson and children, and Mr. and Mrs. Arile Johnson spent last week vacationing at Mesa, Ariz. and the Grand Canyon. Blaine Peterson has been recognized in the Chevy Chase LDS Ward in Springfield, Maryland, as the Family of the Week. Throughout the years Congressman Peterson has been active in political, community and civic affairs. But first and foremost, he is a man completely dedicated to the basic concepts of our American heritage, and that is undivided participation in family-churc- h life. When the Petersons arrived in the Nations Capitol, they immediately associated themselves with the Chevy Chase Ward. Their in the irrepressible enthusiasm ward activities solidly established them as well as a family. Hence, they were pronounced Family of the Week the first week in February. They have purchased a home in Springfield, where two of their children, Tom and Mary, reside with them. Two of the other four Peterson children are married, including Richard B. Peterson, who is a doctor and is living with his wife, Joan, in Rockville, Maryland; and a daughter, Judy, who is married and lives yith her husband, Bill Keith, in College Park, Maryland. The Petersons have been active in church work. Congressman Peterson having served in the Bishopric, High Council, and also as a stake mission president of the Mt. Ogden Stake, Utah.
