The three winning teams were presented trophies for their wins 12 and 13 DECISION AT 1960. Phone JU Saturday Mrs. Allen Dixon, formerly Shirley Redd, was an overnight guest at the home of her grandmother, Mrs. Lucinda Redd. Mrs. Dixon, v ho now resides in Richardson, Texas, has been visiting in Salt Lake with her father, J. M. Redd, Jr., for six weeks with her two children. Mr. Allen flew to Albuquerque to meet her and to assist her with the driving the rest of the way home. Mrs. Bethel Allred and daughter, Kathleen, of Orem, were visiting their friends and relatives in town. Mrs. Allred is a former teacher in the schools here, and is now teaching in Orem. Kathleen is employed by the telephone company. Mr. and Mrs. Stanley McMicken are leaving for a two week vacation to their home town in Texas. Mr. McMicken is employed with a seismograph crew located here. Jaynann Frost is visiting in ll Blandmg with her cousin, Mahon. Quarterly paj meats for group 2300 of Blue Cross and Shield are due and will not be accepted after August 30th by Helen Redd. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Frost and children went to Blanding Sunday to visit with her brother, Steven Perkins and his family. Mr. Perkins was recently released from the army. Mr. ana Mrs. Ormas Hawkins and family have returned home after a short vacation in Colorado. Mr. and Mrs. Ben Hess and children recently attended a Hess family reunion in Salt Lake City. Ben was happy to see a sister who has been living in Norway for several years and a brother who has been living in Hawaii for several years. Mrs. Kenneth Hammond (Virginia Redd) is spending a short vacation with her mother, Mrs. Lovina Redd. Mrs. Hammond, who now lives in Boulder, Colo, also spent a few days with her sister, Maude Redd, in Salt Lake City, and a few days with her twin sister, Mrs. Oscar Jameson (Dorothy) and her family in Provo. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Mason have moved to Monticello and plan to make this their home. Mr. Mason has been teaching at Magna, and this year will join the faculty of the Grand County High school where he will teach social studies.
