In lieu of all or part of the drying yard, mechanical drying machines may be provided, providing also that they are equal in efficiency to the required drying yard and are kept in good operative condition. SECTION X Sewage Disposal Each trailer space shall be provided with a trapped sewer at least 4 inches in diameter, which shall be connected to receive the waste from the shower, bath tub, flush toilet, lavatory and kitchen sink of the trailer harbored in such space and having any or all such facilities. Waste from showers, bath tubs, flush toilets, lavatories, urinals, slop sinks, and laundries in service and other buildings within the park shall be connected to the City sewer system together with the sewers from each of the trailer spaces. SECTION XA No dogs, cats or other pet animals shall be permitted to roam at large in the trailer court. SECTION XI Refuse Disposal Tightly covered fly and rodent proof garbage cans shall be provided in quantities adequate to permit disposal of all garbage and rubbish. The cans shall be kept in sanitary condition at all times. Garbage and rubbish shall be collected and disposed of as frequent-'as may be necessary to insure that the garbage cans will not overflow. SECTION XII Fire Protection Each trailer park shall be equipped with one fire extinguisher in good working order, md of at least A1 Bl classification for each 10 trailer coach spaces. SECTION VI Water Supply Each trailer space shall be provided with a cold water tap at least 4 inches above the ground. An adequate supply of hot water shall be provided at all times in the service buildings for all bat ing, washing, cleaning, and laundry facilities. The park water system shall be connected to the city main and comply in full with the city plumbing code. XIII Registration It shall be the duty of the licensee to keep a register containing a record of all trailer Owners and occupants located within the park. The register shall contain the following information: (a Name and address of each occupant. (bi The make, model and year of all automobiles and trailers. (c) License number and owner of each trailer and automobile by which it is towed, together with the state issuing such license. (d) The date of arrival and de parture of each trailer. (e Whether each trailer is of the dependent or independent type. The park operator shall keep the register available for inspection by law enforcement officers and other officials whose duties necessitate acquistion of the information contained in the register. The register shall not be de stroyed for a period of three year? following the date of registration. SECTION vio-lato- n Provisions Should any section or provision of this Ordinance be declared invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. SECTION XVIII Conflicting Laws or Regulations Should any of the provisions of this Ordinance not meet the minimum standards as set down by State Law or Regulation now or hereafter enacted then the provision of the State Law or regulation shall apply; however, the provisions of this Ordinance which meet or surpass such State regulations shall prevail. SECTION XIX Penalty Any persons, firm, or corporation violating any of the terms or conditions of this ordinance shall upon conviction be fined not more than Two Hundred and Ninety-nin- e ($299.00) Dollars, or imprisoned not more than six (6) months, or both. Each and every day during which such violation shall exist shall be deemed a separate offense. SECTION XX Effective Date In the opinion of the City Coun. cil it is necessary to the peace, health, and safety of the inhabitants of Monticello City, Utah that this ordiniance become effective immediately. SECTION VIII Recreation Area At least 1,000 Sq.
