U, a position which he has held for three years, and the local Elks lodge Is a branch member of the union. This Is the first of the Monday noon luncheons, which will continue through the fall and winter. Following the luncheon. District Deputy J. T. Fairer of Provo will entertain Hulbert's party and exalted rulers and secretaries from all lodges in the state. At 8:30 o. m. an informal banquet will be held for Elks and their wives in the dining room of the club, at which Hulbert will be the principal speaker. There will be an open meeting at 8 p. m. for Elks only in the lodge room to listen to Hulbert's special message. During the meeting the wives of the past exalted rulers and officers of the local lodge will entertain the visiting ladies.
