Reasons they give are better housing, pleasanter living, and more opportunity for wholesome recreation. Well, looking around our town Id say that was about right. Most of us own our homes, and keep them looking nice; we enjoy each others company: and our recreations are mostly simple outdoor sports, and in the evening a mellow glass of beer with pleasant company. As Doc Walters says, past year. Mr. ana Mrs. A. G. Rex of Logan sent' last week end and Mothers Day with Randolph kin. And Doc should know. He works fourteen hours, but never misses his morning constitutional or his evening1 glass of beer with friends. From where I sit, any industry could profit from being in a town' where wholesome living, temperance, and friendship are the rule. n. . Qoe, nicely.
