NOTICE OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of Section Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, that on November 29th, 1994, the Administrative Control Board (the Board) of Emery County Recreation Special Service District, Emery County, Utah (the Issuer) accepted the ofTer of the Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board to purchase at par the Issuers Taxable Limited Obligation Bond, Series 1994, in a total principal amount of $200,000. The Bond shall bear interest at the rate of two and one-hapercent (2.5) per annum and shall have a final maturity of October 1, 2015. The Bond, pursuant to a resolution of the Board adopted on November 10, 1994 (the Resolution), is to be issued for the purpose of financing, in part, the construction of a golf course within the city limits of Green River, and paying costs of issuance of the Bond. On or before the date of issuance of the Bond, the Issuer will have deposited moneys andor securities with Zions First National Bank, as Escrow Agent under an Escrow Agreement between the Issuer and the Escrow Agent, sufficient, together with the interest earnings thereon, to pay principal and interest on the Bond as the same shall become due Father on Nov. 22, 1994.
