Lyman Brinkerhoff formely of Huntington, who married Elda Magnuson, sister to Jack Castle Dale has just been released from the critical list at Tooele Valley hospital where he has been a patient the past ten days or more. Mr. Brinkerhoff works for the Utah power and Light Company and was working in Tooele when he accidently came in contact with a high voltage live wire and suffered 3rd degree burns over most of his body. It Is well expected he will spend four or five months in the hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Brinkerhoff and their make their seven children home at Grantsville. Both girls are registered nurses in a Colorado Springs hospital. Sunday two car loads of the Grant families motored to Zions canyon, and Fish Lake. Mr. and Mrs. Harold of Magna visited here over night the 24 and all day the 25th with Mr. Beckstrom's sister Mrs. Myrle Johansen and the three of them were dinner guests Friday evening at the home of Jane and Owen after having enjoyed a fishing party at Joes Valley dam. Eric Stilson who is attending school at the University of Utah, visited here over the weekend with his parents, Lyle and Nola Stilson he was accompanied by his f accompanied by his girl friend Miss Ingrle Tanner who is employed at the State Capitol building. -- Mr. and Mrs. Jim Jewkes and family who have been occupying the Dale Jeffs home on East main have moved on the beach into the house formely occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Mr. and Day and family. Mrs. Dale Jeffs and family plan to move into the home left vacant by the Jewks family. Clyde and Foberta Brandon of North Ridge , Calif, arrived Monday and will spend a six or eight weeks vacation at their mountain home in Joes Valley. and Shannan Olsen of Granger, spent four days with Arthurs parents, Delon and Olsen at their Joes Valley Ranch prior to their departure to Fort Ord, Calif, where Arthur will receive his six months basic training in the U. S. Army Reserve. Shannan expects to teach school in Granger this winter and will make her home with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Claud Williamson in Salt Lake.
