Conover named member Announcement was made this week of the appointment of Jesse M, Conover of Ferron, as a member of the Utah State Fair Board. Mr. Conover will fill a vacancy caused by the death of one of the members. Previously, Mr. Conover had spent nearly eight years as a member of the fair board, having resigned to enter the state legislature. Mr. Conover was born in Ferron, and attended county schools and Utah State University.
