The Green River Bridge is an eight span, steel continuous girder structure with a concrete deck and piers, Tudor style TOWN OF CASTLE VALLEY CANVASS OF ELECTION STATE OF UTAH Municipal General slot- ted concrete cut out railings and recessed concrete end panels. K was built in 1948, using a Utah State Road Commission design. The bridge has been determined eligible for the National Register of Historic Places for its historic engineering significance. The proposed project will rehabilitate the historic bridge by replacing the concrete deck and railings, the UDOT and FHWA have made the finding that the proposed undertaking will have an Adverse Effect on the historic Green River Bridge. The proposed mitigation measures for the adverse effects consists of completing an Intensive Level Sur- vey documentation through the historic site form, photographs, drawings, and documenting its history and importance.
