It shows the kids how well they can be. It is also good for them to see that they cant play that well for every minute of the game. We have work do to get ready for next year and it starts with time in the gym, and on the weights. The Red Devil basketball team will spend the next 10 weeks in a speed training cycle with gym time and weight lifting for speed at the core of the preparation. Diet, weights and court skills will be the order for next year's players. Last season was a good one for the team, said Nielson. The guys got to see how much of an improvement we made based on our gym time. The next step for us is to become more physical in our play and stronger. The weight training and diet will add that needed punch for the team. The players understand these needs and are dedicated to making the effort and putting the time in. r off-seaso- n 259-564- 260-131- 3 MM Americas Gallery Carpet Where Quality bAffoidahle.
