December 9, 1954 Army Sergeant Sets Visit To Duchesne Co. Sergeant First Class Charles Colvin, of the U. S. Army Recruiting Service, will be at the post office in Roosevelt on Thursday, Dec. 16, from 2 until 5 p.m. and at the Duchesne post office Friday, Dec. 17, from 12 noon to 2 p.m. to interview young men and women interested in enlisting in the U.S. Army. Sgt. Colvin states that the Army direct enlistis now accepting ments to the 10th Division from service perprior and non-prisonnel. This division will leave the United States in July, 1955, for Wurtzburg, Germany. At the present time there are only 22 vacancies open to Utah applicants.
