The Duchesne Commercial Club was found guilty by a jury of allowing minors to frequent their place of business, in violation of an ordinance which forbids them in places of that kind. A fine of $100 was imposed on the club, with $25 suspended. The balance was paid by the club. Charley Simmons was found not guilty of allowing minors in the club while he was acting as bar tender in the club.
