M. If any of the citizens of have any grievance to take up with the Council they are invited to meet with the Council and iron them out. If you discuss these matters at your card parties, it will be of no avail. All our meetings are held open to the general public. We want to cooperate in every manner we can with the citizens of Duchesne, and we will in return expect their hearty cooperation. If you have a dog that you consider worth the price of a license you see the City Marshal and pay him your license fee.
