Near the end of the program, John Holmgren expressed the appreciation of the county fair officials to those who assisted in putting on one f the best fairs and rodeos in the state. We are also grateful to the patrons of the Box Elder county fair and rodeo, Mr. Holmgren said. The rodeo starting immediately after the grand entry was fast, with Going Away Party Norris Wadsworth of the Philippine Islands and her two children, are visiting with Mrs. Norris sisters, Mrs. Alfred N. Olsen and Mrs. Jarvis Koford of this city. Mrs. Norris was accompanied to the United States by her husband who stopped in San Francisco on business, but who will join his wife and children here in a week or ten days. They will visit in Utah for six months before returning home. Mrs, 9 Miss Goldie Penrose presided at a bridge luncheon at her home in this city Saturday afternoon in compliment to Miss Mary Bunderson, a September bride. luncheon was served A to twelve guests. Asters of varied hues were used as a centerpiece for the tables. Tables were arranged for bridge games and high score was won by Miss Mable Christensen and Miss Bunderson was recipient of a lovely guest prize.
