President Grant and President Franklin S. Harris were In the lead, followed by members of the board, the faculty ai4 the graduates of the Institution. Nearly all wore caps, tfowns and hoods, according to the degree and the school of graduation. The line of procession was from th education building to the university gate on University avenus and Fifth North street, thence one block east and north to the entrance of the College building, through the hallway lege hall. r; It Conferred Upon Apostles David O. U. .chorus, under the direction of Franklin Madsen, rendered a selection, after which Dr. Richard R. Lyman offered the invocation. Miss Gladys Loynd, high honor dent of the graduating class, addressed the audience, havjng as her theijje, "True1 Leadership." President Grant Indorsed the sentiments expressed by Miss Loynd, and spoke of the doing of things as the great essential of life. The address to the graduates was by David O. McKay. On recommendation of Dean H. M. Henderson of the college of arte and sciences. Dean H. V. Hoyt of the college of commerce apd business administration, and acting Dean John O.
