The goal is to devote 12 days to working numerous and different muscles through weight lifting, aerobics, walking, biking, running or swimming. Each day, participants will record their daily workout on their program card, complete with workout routine and workout time. The program is open to all base personnel, and those who complete the minimum 12 days will be eli-- ; gible for a prize drawing. Five names will be drawn for prizes.
