Show BS November 24, 1 999 Sanchez, grandson win turkey run SPORTS BMEFS Fitness Expo Tuesday The Hess Fitness Center will be presenting its annual Health and Fitness Expo Tuesday from 10:30 a.m.4 p.m. Exhibitors from Hill and the local area will present information on health, nutrition, fitness, prevention and more. Ski conditioning class open To get in shape for the ski season and to avoid injuries on the slopes, the Hess Fitness Center has organized a ski conditioning class. The class, which will be a combination of weight training and flexibility training, is open to all base personnel over age 18. Ice hockey players wanted Players are being sought for pick-u- p ice hockey at the Weber State Ice Sheet. All skill levels are welcome. Ice time is $125 per hour, which would require people to pitch in for a 0 90-minu- 1.5-mi- le Ski Club offered Fitness buds sought $5-$1- 25-3- 0 The Hill Ski Club is a "four seasons recreation and social club" that offers activities such as biking in the local area and in Moab, camping, golfing on base and away, horseback riding, curling, rock hunting, y skiing, snowboarding and skiing. The club has planned trips to Grand Targee, Big Sky and LakeTahoe. The club is open to all base personnel age 18 and over, and there is a $20 annual membership fee.
