"The combination of these two powerful real estate teams, with their joint knowledge and experience, will offer our clients the highest quality of service possible," McElhaney states. As of Monday, November 8th, the All American Agency office located at 505 N. Main will be closed. The combined companies will operate under the name of Century 21 Quality Realty, Inc., which will still be located at 471 South Main, Suite 7. Doug McElhaney will be the new Principal Broker of Century 21 Quality Realty, Inc.,, with Susan Noah Shrewsbury and Louise Sims, being associate brokers. Their name was chosen to identify the group landscape with the brilliantly-colore- d of South Utahs "Color Country." They arc looking forward to a move to Moab shortly after the first of the year. Castle Valley voters went to the polls Tuesday and elected a new mayor and two new member to the Town Council. Receiving the majority of the votes for the mayoral position was Valli Smouse with 104 votes compared to 57 votes for the other candidate Merril Brady. In the Town Council race, Lois Wagstaff lead the pack, receiving 110 votes followed by Donovan Roberts with 97. These two will take their place on the council next the Ft. Hays State University, Kansas, football team and has been averaging 38 yards per kick this The hospital one percent sales tax issue was clearly defeated in Castle season. FHSUs Tigers will be in Gunnison, Colo., Saturday, Nov. 6 to play at 1 p.m. Their next game will be in Valley by 76 for and 108 against. Valli Smouse will replace John Groo as Mayor who has served for over eight years as councilman and mayor. Nearly 65 percent of Castle Valley's registered voters turned out to the polls Tuesday.
