NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of April, 1981, at 7:00 p.m. o'clock, at the City Council room in the Grand County Courthouse, Moab, Utah, the Board of Grand County Commissioners will hold a public hearing concerning proposed Ordinance No. 148, at which time and place all interested persons and citizens may appear and wilt be given an opportunity to be heard either in support of or in opposition of the proposed Ordinance. The proposed Ordinance No. 148 will amend Ordinance No. 134 as follows: Chapter 2-- Establishment of Zones," by Agricultrual-Residentiadding al R Zone. Chapter by adding which shall be as follows: 9 A. density rural residential development in con- junction with the raising of crops and livestock on a limited basis. The zone consists of tracts with rual characteristics situated near medium density zones. It is the intent of this zone to promote the continued use of land for agricultrual and grazing purposes while promoting a higher density residential use than 1 in the permitted Agricultrual Zone, and to exclude commercial or business uses. In order to accomplish the objectives of this Code, the following regulations shall apZone. ply in the B. Permitted Uses. The following buildings, structures and uses of the land shall be permitted in this zone with upon compliance .requirements set forth in this A-- Code. use permitted in the Zone, except Multiple 1.
