Ella said, "I have enjoyed all the challenges and rewarding experiences but time and circumstances make it ir.con-duciv- e to teach further, nor do I at this time plan to do so in the near future." She also states, "I was so looking forward to having the recital in Star Hall because it is such a special place, but the high cost to rent the hall made it impossible. It is a great puzzle and deep concern of mine how we are to better hear and encourage such talent Even my offer to do a fund-raisconcert for the hall was denied. I understand the school board must charge for the use of the hall in most situations. "I wouldn't have been able to afford the community center either, so the concert would have been cancelled, and how unfortunate that would be, in that all involved have worked so hard." In conclusion Ella says, "I wold like to thank each of my students past and present for the many memorable experiences, and I hope these people will continue again at the 50th anniversary of founding in 1938 were removed.
