Jenkins, who ! runs a 4.3 time in the 40, set a national high school rushing record last fall and made headlines in USA Today when he rushed for 619 yards and seven touchdowns ina single game. Jenkins, who still needs to post an ACT test score, had narrowed his choices to BYU and Arizona State. He rushed for a whopping 2,168 yards this past year at Hueneme High.
