"I was totally embarrassed," said Shaw, who can't explain his error. It wasn't discovered until 200 letters were postmarked on Jan. 4 out of the Bountiful post office and the main post office in Salt Lake City. The Davis postmark depicts the sun setting on Antelope Island and the Great Salt Lake, with the incorrect date printed just below it. The year has since been corrected. The mistake has made the original Davis County postmark the most ' popular of the 29 county postmarks Shaw formatted for the statewide celebration. "Any (medical) bill for prenatal care that goes into the insurance company puts them on notice that you are pregnant," Peterson told members of the Senate Health and Environmental Standing Committee. "That baby eventually is going to come out some time, some way. If they know that the baby is there, I don't understand why they won't cover you unless you call on the way into the delivery room." Both women were insured by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Utah. Their policies covered maternity expenses but they were denied coverage for their delivery bills because they failed to notify the insurance company that they had gone into labor. But her husband said there are remaining assets, purchased with some of the cash, which he declined to specify. Joe Waldholtz, 32, said he will kiting and campaign fraud. Asked whether he would incriminate his wife, he said: "I have no intention of doing anything to hurt Enid. The evidence speaks for itself, and I'm sure the federal authorities will draw their conclusions from that, but I'm not out to hurt anyone." He previously had left unresolved whether he would testify before a grand jury or invoke his constitutional right against Now he says he "can't wait" to talk to the grand jury. "I will agree to anytliing that moves this process forward," he said. Rep. Waldholtz declined comment Wednesday on her husband's statements, other than a statement released through her spokeswoman: "I believed Joe Waldholtz for four years. I hope that others don't make the same mistake." The newspaper said Joe Waldholtz refused to comment on whether he accepts responsibility and that he frequently joked during the more than hourlong conversation, referring to the scandal as a "soap opera," adding, "But we've made it fun." He said he has not spoken with his wife and has not seen their 4 daughter since he took off Nov. and disappeared for six days. He said he loves and misses his wife. "She's a good person. I know that I'll never love anyone that much again," he said. He said he has attempted several times to contact her. He refused to comment on what his wife or her father, D. Forrest Greene, knew about the transactions by which $2 million from Greene was put into the campaign. He attributed his wife's blaming him for their financial woes. to her "spin doctors."
