The Cougars advance ta face Utah today at 4 p.m. MDT. BYU began the fourth inning with some fine defensive play from Shane Belliston, who made a running catch on a fly to center, then started a putout of Brian LeBasco by throwing to third to try and get out Mike Thiessen who led off the inning with a single. Thiessen beat Seth King's homer in the fourth inning was the turning point for 1 BYU's victory Wednesday over the Air Force Academy in the opening round of the Mountain West Conference tournament. "They pitched me away, away, and away before a curve came in on the corner," said King, who was named second-teaas a shortstop on Tuesday.
