Ray Jiacoleti, the head of the committee that has been working with Central Utah Project officials and residents Wasatch County to answer questions, says the committee wants to walk step for step with CUP officials. The Jordanelle is a proposed reservoir and dam in the Bonneville Unit of the huge, complex CUP water project. Residents of Wasatch County have expressed concern over the geology of the proposed dam site as well as the economic impact of the reservoir. It would be located six miles above Heber City across the Provo River.
