But chairman of the task force. Eugene Peay, said it may have been easier for the committee if the city staff had given more specific objectives. The committee has met several times since members were called in December. The city commission organised the task force with the intent of taking its recommendations and establish policies that would improve mobile home parks in the city and investigate areas where parks could properly be established. Peay said the committee was "They were for mobile home parks, but made it clear that their neighborhoods would be totally against it if one were La Belles in Provo. Bryce Canyon Thursday morning, about 45 first graders from Grandview Elementary School in Provo participated in a disaster drill at Utah Valley Hospital. The children were "tagged," a sign indicating their pretended injury was hung around their necks, then they were transported to the Provo hospital in one of four ambulances. School officials pretended a boiler had exploded and burned or otherwise injured the children. Virtually the whole hospital readied itself to receive the 45 disaster victims. Fifteen people in the Emergency Center nervously stood around waiting to rush the victims to the right places for treatment of their pretended injuries. People throughout the rest of the hospital prepared to do their part to assist in providing comprehensive care for the victims. The hospital practices such major disaster drills twice a year. He suggested that at some future date when the annexes cheaper land into the city in agricultural areas, the price of land after services are acquired may be profitable for park planning. But putting a mobile home park on the outskirts of town alone is not desired, Peay said. He believes the parks should be integrated as a positive, quality development near established or newly built subdivisions. chairmen invited to participate on the committee were generally hard-lin- e against mobile home park development in their Rod Collet! The real problem though, according to Peay, is finding land cheap enough to make a mobile home park economically feasible.
