Particularly the way they're going about .this business of expansion. Warren Giles, the National League president, says he wants the expansion procedure to be an orderly one. Fine. Haste makes waste and all that But there's a limit to how slow you can go before they order you off the road. The National League Is going about this whole thing at three different speeds: slow, slower and stop. luck for the other guy.
