Seaman of Jackson- ' ville, Fla., director of Lions In ternational, is guest speaker at the state Lions convention meeting meet-ing at Vernal Thursday, Friday and Saturday of this week. Those from the Bingham club attending the state Lions convention con-vention are: Dist. Gov. and Mrs. C. A. Morley and Cabinet Secretary Sec-retary and Mis. Francis C. Oswald from District 28-T, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Kelly, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Curtis and Jack Tallas. : .v v.U ! ,N During Fridays sessions Lion Morley will introduce the district dis-trict governors and give the response re-sponse to the welcome address, and also give the district governors' gov-ernors' combined report. Lion Oswald will present the council secretaries' state report. Mr. Seaman was elected to the board of directors at the International Inter-national convention in Atlantic City, N.J., in June, 1955. He served ser-ved as treasurer and president of his club as well as deputy district governor and district governor. He is a key mentber and holds the 100 per cent District Dis-trict Governors Award.
