A resolution was passed calling for a meeting of the National Committee on llie luth of October, when the resolution proposed at last night's meeting will be acted upon. Canaday, North Carolina and Dorsev, of Arkansas. Jewell moved that the time for the next meeting of the executive committee be fixed as foliows: August 5th, September 9th and October I4tk; adopted. Logan, having vacated the chair then moved that the chairman and secretary of the executive committee be instructed to prepare and issue a circular embodying the laws governing eligibility of electors; adopted. A motion was adopted, made by R. C.
