The purpose of the public hearing is to consider adopting the redevelopment plan entitled, "Midvale Neighborhood Development Plan," dated August 1, 1982, to provide for projects to be undertaken by the Agency during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1982 and terminating June 30, 1983.
