We fully intend to exercise that right now and in the future. The Jordan Education Association is a private organization. McClain Haddow leaped to an incorrect conclusion. He was wrong. It simply did not happen. Still, he made the accusation. A responsible person who makes such statements should be ready to back them up with facts. The facts are not there. That's why JEA demands an immediate apology from Rep. C. McClain Haddow. He made the accusation on the floor of the House of Representatives. That's where he should make the apology in the presence of his colleagues.
