Meanwhile, fry bacon in large skillet until crisp; remove bacon strips, drain, crumble and set aside. Toss 3 or 4 tablespoons bacon drippings lightly into carrots and heat. Season to taste. Spoon into serving bowl and sprinkle with bacon bits and fresh parsley. Grease 9" x 13" pan. Combine cup margarine, cake mix, 13 cup milk and nuts. Press 14 in pan. Bake 350 for 6 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips over crust. Spread caramels over top.
