He caused considerable trouble by compelling the oHicer to 'phone to this city to try and learn something about him, as he was apparently sobt-- enough to know what he was talking about. After he declared he was one of I'eter Mortensen's executioners he was locked up until he should get sober. I ; ADOPTED THE TWIN And Built Him Up. i lady of Des Moines, Iowa, who recently adopted a baby boy had sin experience in feeding the youngster that may prove interesting. She says: "Three months ago T took a twin baby. He was so weak and puny at the time that I believed I would never be able to raise him. "I found that the only food he could stomach was Grape-Nut- s keep on his and when I began to feed this regularly to him he began to thrive. In two weeks lie showed marked improvement and he is now a fat healthy boy and has at last hi.s twin sister who v;is caught up with and healthy. He is cer alwavs ruddy little fellow. thanks to a tainly a line fine iiure and seientPie food." Name given by l'oslum Co., Battle Creek, Mich. contain? all the constituGrape-Nut- s ents of a complete food and the whole is predigested (by a purely mechanical process; so the very weakest stomach will '.digest it.
