The other day some of us were talking to- - a group of -young Army reserve lieutenants. They were selected, topflight reserve officers. They were also upcoming men in their civilian work. These young men were debating whether to continue in the reserves when their obligatory term was up. They didn't ask about reserve pay. There wasn't any for ibe reserve posts they were con- sidering.
