" - -- For five years Elaine has join ed other handicapped young peo ple in- their annual "Handycap Fishing Rodeo"! and each year she has been so thrilled with her experience that she has iwanted to help. This year she completed her sweater and, gave it willingly, hoping that someone would want to buy it and she could give the money to help pay for the joy she has had at the "Handycap Fishing Rodeo'! outing for the past four years. , r i Elaine wanted to help. She gave her greatest treasure hoping that by so doing she could make it possible for many children to participate at their annual outing. But, now, who dares place a price or evaluate the worth of, such a valuable treasure as Elaine's s . - - i 'Jacqueline Kennedy , will wear Elaine's sweater. So many people have heard about Elaine's "Knit by foot" " - j sweater. So many persons want to buy it.' Who should wear it? These are all questions that have plagued the committee in charge of the annual "Handycap Fishing Rodeo." It was decided after brief deliberation that since Elaine's sweater could not be sweater?
