S. ld , Leonard Spencer Harrington, 92, one of American Fork's oldest residents, died at his residence Friday at 12:05 p. m. of causes : Justice Worthen incident to age. Mr. Harrington was born Jan. 10, 1867 at American Fork, the son of Leonard E. and Harriet " Noon Harrington. He was married to Melissa Chipman, Oct. 23, 1890 in Ameri can Fork. She died April 12, 1927. Later he married Mae Miller, Oct. 2, 1929 in. the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Mr. Harrington was engaged in retail merchandising for 25 years. He later served as Post master at American Fork for 10 years. He also spent several years mining in American Forfc Canyon. A member of the American Fork Seventh LDS Ward, he had also served as the first superin tendent of the Sunday School for .Alpine Stake. He had filled two LDS missions, one in the South ern States in 1883. and one to the Northern States in 1903. Aged Nephi Woman Dies Mary Anderson Boswell, age 85, died April 10, at a Nephi hospital of causes incident to age. She was born in Germany December 9, 1873 to Anders and Nieolina Larsen. She came to America 10 years later. She married Owen Boswell March 15, 1893 in the Manti LDS Temple. She is survived by one daughter, Myrtle Berrett of Oakland, Calif.; four sons, Milton, Lawrence and Alonzd of Nephi, and M. O. Boswell of Vernal. Sixteen grandchildren, and 22 also survive. Also, two Hansen of Nephi, and Vera sisters, Leah Hansen of Fountain, Green. Funeral services will be held Monday at 1 p. m. in the Third LDS Ward Chapel, with Bishop Lee Olsen conducting. .
