The Carter home will be the scene of the coming marriage on Wednesday, Sept. 23, to be attended by a few close family members and friends. Later in the evening the young couple will be honored at a wedding reception given at the Pioneer LDS Ward chapel. The son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Lockhart of Provo, both Dan and Miss Carter have attended the Provo High School. They plan to make their home in Provo after their wedding. A civic groups of the state.
